Terms and Conditions


Conica Networking warrants its repairs to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years, unless specifically stated otherwise. Warranty period commences on date of dispatch. Conica Networking warranty only applies to the parts repaired.

Conica will return goods that are beyond repair. Conica does not pay for courier charges both in and out of our premise.


Collection and Delivery

Should you take out our courier collection service this should take place next business day if arranged before 4pm. All return deliveries by courier will vary in cost depending on quantities.

Conica will arrange collection and delivery of your faulty item,. Claims for damage or loss of equipment during shipment/collection by our courier are in accordance with the courier and insurance companies’ terms and conditions. Any damage of goods should be reported within 24 hours.


Defects Upon Delivery

  • No liability will be accepted for goods damaged due to insufficient packing by the sender/end user.
  • No Liability will be accepted for goods received via courier unchecked.
  • No Liability will be accepted for goods sent via courier unchecked.



Conica Networking shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages, including but not limited, to damage for lost profits, loss of use, lost data, or for damages paid by the customer to third parties.


Equipment Disposal

Any items left for over 3 months can be disposed of by Conica Networking in accordance with the government’s WEEE compliance and is subject to a discretionary covering charge.

Conica Networking reserves the right to change prices, terms and conditions without prior notice.
